New Appointment for Charterhouse director
Sandra Robertson, Group Director of our Operations Division has been appointed as an Individual Director at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) AGM on 7th June 2006.
This is an exciting development for the Group as it enables us to contribute to the body which governs Recruitment Companies in the UK.
Sandra has over 20 years experience in the provision of customer services and administration gained within the Insurance industry, which has been successfully transferred to the recruitment industry in recent years. In addition she has developed a detailed working knowledge of IR35 legislation and the contractor market. Sandra also passed the Certificate in Recruitment Practice in October 2005 with a distinction.
Commenting on her appointment Sandra said: “ I am delighted to receive this appointment and look forward to working with the Board to ensure continued growth and success.
The REC is the body representing the £25.2 billion recruitment industry. With more than 7000 corporate members and 5000 individual members they represent the industry’s largest voice.
All members adhere to the Code of Good Recruitment Practice- developed to ensure jobseekers and employers receive the highest recruitment standards.
