Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 Act

On October 1st 2006 the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 act came into force designed to protect employees from discrimination due to their age. Freelance Professional Services Ltd are pleased to confirm that as with all discrimination legislation we fully comply with the requirements of the act.

We do not operate a policy of retirement at a particular age as we feel that our contractors should have the choice when they want to retire. Therefore our services are available to all people of all ages, and our standard agreements apply in the same respect to everyone working under them. Obviously due to this policy we will not be advising any contractors of impending retirement dates and we do not require advice of wanting to work past retirement date.

We look forward to working with all members of the community and as a FPS contractor, you can take comfort that we will never subject you to discrimination of any kind.
