Our Corporate, Trust and Investment Division provides quality services to individuals, corporations and other legal structures alike, covering all aspects of on and offshore administration, management, secretarial services and accounting, along with exceptional trust and foundation services, using structures and products from around the globe.
The Division consists of several companies, three of which are regulated:
- Charterhouse Corporate Services Ltd is a licensed Corporate Service Provider along with Charterhouse Financial Services Ltd that is licensed as an Investment Business, both are regulated by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission
- Charterhouse Trust Company Ltd is approved by the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man as an Approved Corporation for the purposes of the Trust Act 1961.
Since its establishment we have built a strong professional team with specialist fields of expertise. Drawing from the commercial experiences of our own people, we also pride ourselves in being able to think as the client.
This means the advice we provide is knowledgeable and, perhaps more importantly, impartial.
