The Board of Directors holds the view that investment of time in learning should be seen as an essential part of professional life, and not as an optional extra.

To meet the needs of the business, the HR team support the following:

  • In house training on Group products, departmental procedures, required business standards and service level agreements. There is a huge range of courses available to staff at Charterhouse to help them improve and develop their skills and progress their personal development.
  • External training including professional qualifications and courses. The Group supports the following professional qualifications:
