Investors in People
In 2004, Charterhouse Group International achieved Investors In People accreditation. In 2007 the Group was reassessed and subsequently advised that it had achieved IIP re-accreditation.
IIP is a national standard, which sets out the level of good practice for
training and development of people to achieve business objectives and goals.
IIP culture is one of continuous improvement.
During the assessment for reaccreditation, Charterhouse were particularly commended for business planning, staff empowerment, commitment to continuous staff development and the range of reward and recognition strategies offered.
