We offer our trainees a choice of 7 pathways:

Although the departments are different they all contain some common ingredients:

You will have the opportunity to study for a professional qualification in your chosen field, and provided with other training that will support you in your job.
You will be given a permanent contract - we hope that you will stay with us after you have qualified so we offer you the security of a permanent contract now.
You will undertake placements so that you gain a thorough understanding of the opportunities available within such a large and diverse organisation.
You will receive regular supervision and the chance to meet up with other trainees on a regular basis.
