Investors In People

Charterhouse Group International achieved the IIP accreditation in December 2004. IIP is a national standard, which sets a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business objectives and goals. The result is motivated staff with the abilities to achieve what the organisation needs them to do.

Achieving IIP conveys an important message to clients and customers of our commitment to developing and constantly improving our services and products.

"Charterhouse is proud to be awarded IIP which is recognition of the value we place in our most precious asset, our staff. Striving to attain and resolutely determined to retain IIP status. Fantastic news and recognition for hardworking and dedicated staff."
David Dean, Chairman

Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

ACCA's Employer Accreditation scheme is designed to recognise organisations that provide appropriate training for their ACCA staff. Charterhouse Group International received the prestigious Platinum Approved status in 2001. This is the highest level of accreditation and is only awarded to employers who meet ACCA's statements of best practice in six areas: -

  • Study Support
  • Work Experience
  • Involvement of Senior Management in appraisal and supervision
  • Maintenance of comprehensive training records
  • Continuing Professional Development of staff.

In order to receive accreditation at the platinum level, employers must provide full financial support for professional training and be able to demonstrate senior management commitment to the training and development of finance staff.
