Corporate Governance
Charterhouse Group International maintains a high standard of Corporate Governance, and employs dedicated technical, compliance and Anti Money Laundering resources. The Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission regulates the licensed entities within the group.
Charterhouse Group International employs specialist personnel in discrete disciplines who work closely with the relevant authorities. These include the following:
- Compliance Officers & Money Laundering Reporting Officers (MLRO), who oversee a comprehensive KYC regime, undertake detailed compliance checks and are responsible for conducting periodic staff training on Anti Money Laundering.
- A Data Protection Officer, who handles all Data Protection queries and ensures all staff are adequately trained in Data Protection issues.
