David Dean founded the company in 1989, having identified a growing demand for managed structures for temporary workers whilst he was working in recruitment. The company was one of the first to offer the limited company service and market to the recruitment industry rather than to individual contractors.
He has witnessed much change within the industry and welcomes any initiative that makes companies involved with handling the interests of contractors more accountable.
